Lunch buffets (choose one): $22 PER PERSON

Build-Your-Own Sandwich Display

with roasted turkey, honey ham, roasted beef, pastrami, genoa salami, sharp cheddar, baby Swiss, provolone, smoked gouda, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, with potato salad and pickle spears.

Southwest Fajita Display

with marinated roasted beef and chicken, sautéed onions, peppers, jalapenos, shredded cotija cheese, savory southwest rice, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and warm tortillas, served with crispy tortilla chips and cheese dip.

BBQ Pulled Pork Slider Display

with slow roasted pork butt, buttery mini brioche buns, crispy fried onions, and sweet and tangy green apple slaw, served with baked beans.

Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Skewers

laced with sweet pineapple and served with sautéed Asian vegetables and sticky white rice.



Garden Fresh Salad – Baby mixed lettuce with charred tomatoes, red onion, garlic croutons and shaved parmesan cheese. Includes basil peppercorn and champagne vinaigrette dressings

Tuscan Caesar Salad – Crisp romaine lettuce with grilled Brussel sprout leaves, asparagus, shaved parmigiana Reggiano, house-made croutons and creamy Caesar dressing


Box Lunches: $15 per person

Chicken Salad wrapped in a soft flour tortilla

Ham and Smoked Gouda with spinach and red onion, served on Texas toast

Turkey and Cheddar with charred tomatoes and spinach on whole wheat bread

Egg Salad with Swiss cheese and romaine served on white bread

All box lunches include a bag of chips, a piece of whole fruit and a fresh baked cookie. The above sandwiches can also be served for a group platter-style.
