Sawgrass Events Dinner Buffets


Dinner Buffets: $26 per person
Minumum 25 people

Chicken Dijonnaise

 Seasoned chicken breast sautéed with olive oil, onions and mushrooms, finished with a Dijon mustard and white wine cream sauce, accompanied by rice pilaf tossed with cranberries and toasted almonds, and seasonal fresh vegetable medley

Beef Burgundy 

Beef braised with a bacon, mushroom and onion red wine sauce served with roasted parmesan garlic mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus

Italian Roasted Pork Loin

 Dry rubbed with Italian seasonings and red pepper, roasted and drizzled with onion rosemary pan gravy, with risotto primavera and corn salad with cherry tomatoes and basil

Roasted Salmon 

Rubbed with herbs and roasted, accompanied by a fresh lemon citrus reduction, with warm couscous mixed with pistachios and golden raisins, and fresh green beans

Garden Fresh Salad

  Baby mixed lettuce with charred tomatoes, red onion, garlic croutons and shaved parmesan cheese. Includes basil peppercorn and champagne vinaigrette dressings

Crisp romaine lettuce with grilled Brussel sprout leaves, asparagus, shaved parmigiana Reggiano, house-made croutons and creamy Caesar dressing
